United Methodist Women
UMW meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the church.
All women are invited to join with us. You do not have to be a member of our church to be a part of the Methodist Women.
We are a very active in missions participation. We support several groups annually and have special project during the year. Some of the missions are: Athens Area Emergency Food Bank, Athens Nurses Clinic, Homeless Children School Supplies, Interfaith Hospitality Network, Murphy Harpst Children’s Home, Honduras Missions. We also have a Scholarship Fund from which we give Princeton high school graduates a gift of $200. Our group pays special attention to and ministers to the homebound members of our church, by sending cards each month, and delivering special gifts during holidays. To support our missions we have several projects to raise money. One of the projects is an on-going sale of our cookbook, which we designed and published.

Princeton's United Methodist Women had loads of fun at this year's Make it, Bake it, Fake it event. This is an event that the UMW host for the women of the church every April where they are invited to wrap up something they made, baked or "faked" and bring it to the meeting to be auctioned off. It is a fun way to raise money for the many UMW mission projects!
