I am happy to serve as Children’s Director. I have been a member of Princeton for 15 years. My husband, Jeremy, grew up in this church, and we were married here. Our two sons were also christened at Princeton. I have a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University and have been working with children and families in Athens for over 15 years in Pre-K and Head Start.
At Princeton, I have taught Sunday school, children’s church, coordinated the nursery and Vacation Bible School for many years. I think Princeton has a unique and wonderful close-knit sense of community among the members, many of whom have generations of family that have attended the church. I love how personal and friendly my Princeton family is-it is what drew me into the church many years ago. Children are a top priority at Princeton. We have a fun and engaging children’s curriculum, send our kids to Camp Glisson on retreats, and have many activities throughout the year such as family bowling night, game night, lock-ins and movie nights.
